Davis on May 8, 1978 in Salt Lake City, Utah) is an American actor who you may recognize from his first lead role in Legally Blonde, playing Reese Witherspoon‘s jerk of a boyfriend, Warner. Matt has also starred on the big screen in Blue Crush, Tigerland and Into The Sun. However, in 2006, he moved over to TV in his own ABC series, What About Brian. It was only on for a season, but in 2009 he headed to The CW and became a supporting character on The Vampire Diaries from 09-12. In 2014, he returned.
