Karlie Hay (born Karlie Hay on December 18, 1997 in Tomball, Texas), is the winner of Miss Teen USA 2016. Karlie won Miss Texas in November 2015. She is a high school senior who hopes to go to Texas A&M University, and become a businesswoman after graduation. Her Miss Teen USA platform is about promoting awareness of the struggles families face when a relative is struggling with drug and/or alcohol abuse.
