Caila Quinn (born Caila Lauren Quinn in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts on December 10, 1990) is currently on The Bachelor competing for the heart of Ben Higgins. Prior to that, she attended Western Reserve Academy in Ohio as well as the Boston College Carroll School of Management, and graduated with a BA in Marketing in 2014. Until the show, she was working as a Software Sales Rep.
