Now, time for the Interval Training. Here are the steps... 

1. Run on the spot for 20 seconds. Rest for 10. 2. Jumping Jacks for 20 seconds. Rest for 10. 3. Punches for 20 seconds. Rest for 10. 4. Squats for 20 seconds. Rest for 10. 5. Repeat steps 1 through 4″
