She may have gotten her start on Broadway, but Lea Michele made the move to TV in a big way!
Her first role was a guest spot on Third Watch as a young girl named Sammi. It would be 9 years before she was back on TV – but it was worth the wait.
In 2009, she originated the role of Rachel Berry in ‘Glee’. The show and her character became iconic overnight and she stuck with the show for 6 seasons.
When Glee ended, Lea followed creator Ryan Murphy to his next project, Scream Queens. She plays Hester Ulrich, a nerdy girl who turned evil mastermind.
The following year, she took the lead role of Valentina Barella in ‘The Mayor’ -- but sadly, the show was not picked up beyond the initial 13 episodes.
She made her TV movie debut in 2019 with the ABC holiday flick, Same Time, Next Christmas, a romantic tale about first love in Hawaii.
