We know they went on three coffee dates in one week, we know they had a “romantic” rendezvous in London, and we know they spent Thanksgiving together with both of their families. But here’s the all-important question: Do you actually believe they’re dating? We don’t! We’ve analyzed the latest photos of the couple, published in the latest issue of Us Weekly, and we couldn’t help but notice these two performers really do look like they’re putting on a show.

Is it Already Over For Jessica Simpson and Billy Corgan?

Jess, are you ringing in the new year as a single girl again or are you and Billy still making beautiful music together?

It can’t be true. Jessica Simpson simply cannot be a swinging singleton again.

Did Billy Corgan dump the 29-year-old pop star after just six dates because she, well, bored him? So says US Weekly, who claims that the rocker, 42, gave Jess the boot – and that their thirteen-year age difference wasn’t the only complication in their short-lived relationship.

There are other, less obvious (and some would say, relatively unimportant in the grand scheme of things) differences which may have contributed to the alleged split. “I like classic movies and she likes reality TV,’ the magazine says Billy reportedly told a pal, before adding the REAL reason he and Jess didn’t work. “I just got bored,” he confessed. “I like talking about philosophy, the meaning of life and deeper issues, and she has nothing to say.”

Ouch.
