Slender Man Victim, 12: Pics Revealed For First Time Since Brutal Stabbing

The world got their first look at 12-year-old Slender Man stabbing victim Payton Leutner on ABC’s ’20/20.’ In the interview, her parents revealed her desperate fight to survive after her two best friends allegedly stabbed her 19 times in a secluded forest area in May 2013. 
We’re finally getting a glimpse at Payton Leutner, the 12-year-old who suffered 19 stab wounds allegedly at the hands of her 12-year-old best friends, Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier, who were obsessed with the Slender Man myth. Her identity and first photos were revealed in the world exclusive interview with 20/20 on Sept. 26, and her parents spoke out about her harrowing survival story.

Slender Man Stabber Morgan Geyser, 12: Was She Declared Insane?

In a July 2 court hearing for the Slender Man Stabbing in Wisconsin, the results of Morgan Geyser’s mental competency evaluation were revealed.
Morgan Geyser, 12, has been in police custody since she and Anissa Weier, also 12, allegedly attacked and stabbed one of their classmates 19 times. After she was charged as an adult by the state of Wisconsin, a competency evaluation of Morgan was ordered by the court. On July 2, the results of Morgan’s evaluation by 2 different doctors were revealed during a court hearing.

Slender Man Creator Speaks Out After Stabbing: ‘I Am Deeply Saddened’

The man who originally created Slender Man has finally opened up about the horrific stabbing of a 12-year-old girl in Wisconsin. The two alleged stabbers, also 12, claim they attempted to kill the girl for the fictional character.
Eric Knudsen is the photoshop artist behind Slender Man. In 2009, he created a series of creepy photographs depicting the fictional character preying on groups of children as part of an online photoshop contest. Now, Eric is expressing his condolences after two 12-year-old girls attempted to kill their friend, also 12, by stabbing her 19 times as a sacrifice to the internet meme he created.

Slender Man: Girls, 12, Called Attack Plot ‘Stabby, Stab, Stab,’ Say Police

The two girls, 12, who allegedly carried out an attack on their friend by stabbing her 19 times for a fictional character named Slender Man, referred to the incident as ‘stabby, stab, stab’ while being interviewed by police.
Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier, both 12, were arrested within hours of the brutal stabbing that left their friend for dead. They were later interviewed by detectives separately, which is when Morgan described the violent incident as “stabby, stab, stab.” Awful.

One of the alleged Slender Man stabbers’ parents definitely knew about her obsession. In April 2014, Morgan Geyser’s father shared her creepy drawing on his Instagram account, referring to her as ‘Mogo.’
Morgan Geyser, 12, was so obsessed with Slender Man that she could not stop thinking about him. Her father, Matt Geyser, even shared one of Morgan’s drawings of Slender Man on his now-deleted Instagram account just weeks before she allegedly attempted to kill her 12-year-old friend.

William Weier believes that his little sister, Anissa, 12, knew what she was doing when she and her friend, Morgan Geyser, also 12, allegedly conspired and attempted to kill their friend. In his first interview after Anissa’s arrest, William shares that he wishes his little sister had “enough sense” to tell the difference between reality and fantasy.
