It’s been a tumultuous 2011 so far for My Name Is Earl star Jaime Pressly. Earlier this month (Jan. 5) the 33-year-old was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and then she filed for divorce from her husband of 16 months, Simran Singh, claiming that the marriage officially ended on Dec. 27. Now, Jaime may have to go to court to fight her ex-fiance, DJ Eric Cubiche, for custody of their 3-year-old son, Dezi.
