Karlie Kloss (born Karlie Elizabeth Kloss in Chicago, Illinois on August 3, 1992) is an American fashion model. She is ranked seventh of the Top 50 Models on Models.com. She is also a Victoria’s Secret Angel. Karlie landed her first runway gig in 2008 and walked 31 runways during New York Fashion Week. She closed the Marc Jacobs show and opened the Carolina Herrera show. She went on to walk 20 shows in Mlian and 13 in Paris, bringing her tally to 64 shows for the single season. She is known for her runway walk, but has also appeared in campaigns for a variety of brands, including: Coach, Jean Paul Gaultier, Donna Karan, Nina Ricci, Chloé, Lacoste, Alexander McQueen, Yves Saint Laurent, Elie Saab, Dolce & Gabbana, Gap, Bergdorf Goodman, Dior, Hermes, Oscar de la Renta, Barneys New York, American Eagle, and Victoria’s Secret PINK, among many others.

Karlie Kloss was born in Chicago, Illinois. She has three siblings and moved to St. Louis, Missouri, with her family in 1994. Her hobbies include baking cookies, biking, and ballet. She currently resides in New York City. While she has been linked to various men, she is in a long-term relationship with Josh Kushner. Her penchant for baking led to a collaboration with Momofuku Milk Bar. The model created a special recipe, called Karlie’s Kookies, which goes to benefit hungry children around the world.
