This is the end, people. We’re racing towards the finish line. And after that thing that happened last week (you know what I’m referring to), the walls are closing in on Dexter like never before. Will he be caught? Killed? Or will he make it to Argentina? Enough talking, let’s do this.
Dexter (Michael C. Hall) has officially witnessed the deaths of both his biological mother and his spiritual mother. If he wasn’t a psychopath before, he definitely is now. And amazingly, Oliver Saxon may not even be Dexter’s biggest problem right now!

Dexter always talks about how family is everything to him, and then he goes and underestimates Dr. Vogel’s bond to her Brain Surgeon son, Daniel. NOW look what you’ve done, Dex!
Dr. Vogel (Charlotte Rampling) turned to the dark side, after Dexter (Michael C. Hall) arrogantly underestimated the family of family ties. He simply can’t do it alone anymore — will he finally call on his own family and friends to defeat the Brain Surgeon?

Poor Zach Hamilton never had a chance, and now that Dr. Vogel’s holding a piece of his brain, does this mean she’s been the Surgeon all along?
Dr. Evelyn Vogel (Charlotte Rampling) holding a chunk of Zach Hamilton’s (Sam Underwood) brain at the end of “Are We There Yet?” seemed to point some fingers at her, but it’s certainly not a confirmation that she’s the Brain Surgeon. After all, this isn’t the first time she’s been in possession of brain fragments, so who’s to say she acquired Zach’s herself? Someone might be sending her (creepy-weird) messages.

While Dexter was getting all googly-eyed over his ex-girlfriend, the real monster, his protege, was potentially bludgeoning his next door neighbor to death. Whoops!
Over the course of the series, Dexter (Michael C. Hall) has let a surprising amount of characters see into who he really is. All of them have either kept their mouths shut or been put down. But as Dexter comes to and end, will Zach Hamilton (Sam Underwood), the creepy teen psychopath, become the exception?

With the prospect of a new protege on the horizon, the LAST thing Dexter needs is an ex-girlfriend to poison her way back into his life. Where the hell did Hannah come from!?
Dexter may have done a little shark-jumping last week when the previously incarcerated Hannah (Yvonne Strahovsky) showed up out of the blue, but that’s the story and we’re sticking to it.

Now that we know that Dexter is willing to stick a needle in his own sister’s throat, what recourse does Debra even have left? Well folks, get ready for a splash!
Let’s fast-forward a little, because Dexter clearly did. We’ve skipped that awkward period between Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) waking up in a murderous haze after Dex (Michael C. Hall) needle-poked her to when she actually accepts Dr. Evelyn Vogel (Charlotte Rampling) as her shrink.
