Cameron Dallas (born on September 8, 1994 in Chino, California) is an American Internet personality. Cameron first joined YouTube in Sept. 10, 2012 and began his career in Sept. 2013, when he started posting Vines of himself playing jokes and pranks on his friends and family. His popularity on the new medium quickly took off, amassing him over 8.1 million Vine followers by 2015. He is the 11th most followed account. He also has over 5 million Twitter followers and 7.3 million fans on Instagram. This success translated to off-line, as Awesomeness TV announced they were making a movie starring Cameron. That movie, Expelled, was released in Dec. 2014. He also lent his voice to the 2013 animated movie, Frog Kingdom. Cameron also appeared in two episodes of the NBC thriller series, American Oddyssey. His next major project is The Outfield, starring him and fellow Internet personality, Nash Grier. Cameron has also won a pair of Teen Choice Awards, first for Choice Viner in 2014 and Choice Web Male Star in 2015.
