Ashley Parker Angel

Bio:
Ashley Parker Angel (born Ashley Ward Parker on August 1, 1981 in Redding, California) is an American singer, best known for being in the group O-Town. In 2000, Ashley rose to fame on the ABC series Making The Band, which followed the formation of a pop group. The reality series was the first to be picked up by a major network and in the end, the five finalists formed into the group O-Town. Following the show, O-Town inked a record deal with Clive Davis and their first album O-Town debuted at #5 on the charts and went on to achieve multi-platinum status. The group released their second album O2 in 2003. The second album had minimal success since the pop/boy band phase had started to fade from public interest, and Clive Davis dropped the band shortly after. While the band announced they were reuniting in 2011, Ashley released a statement saying he would not be joining the tour. In 2004, Ashley starred on his reality TV show There And Back on MTV. Ashley starred as Link Larkin in the Broadway musical Hairspray in 2007. He then joined the national tour of the show Wicked as the lead male  Fiyero Tigelaar. He returned to the role on Broadway beginning July 31, 2017.

Personal Life:
Ashley was engaged to model Tiffany Lynn, who he was with for five years until they broke up in 2008. The couple had one son together, Lyric Lennon, born Aug. 2005, who has gone on to act in AHS: Hotel.
