‘The Suicide Squad’ Premiere: See Margot Robbie & More On The Red Carpet

‘The Suicide Squad’ premiere was where all the cool kids were at. The premiere took place on August 2 at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles. Stars from the movie like Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Nathan Fillion, John Cena, and more walked the red carpet. Many of the celebs walked the red carpet with their significant others, including John and Joel.

John Cena took things to the next level by wearing his Peacemaker costume to the premiere. The WWE alum plays Peacemaker in ‘The Suicide Squad’ and will be reprising the role in a spinoff series. A couple of the film’s stars were not at the premiere, including Idris Elba and Pete Davidson.

‘The Suicide Squad’ is a standalone sequel to the 2016 film ‘Suicide Squad.’ The movie follows Harley Quinn, Bloodsport, Peacemaker, and a collection of dangerous cons at Belle Reve prison who join Task Force X and are dropped off at the remote island of Corto Maltese.
