‘The Masked Singer’ Season 5 — Photos — ‘The Masked Singer’ returns for season 5 on March 10 with all-new masked celebrities. Right off the top, you’ll notice that Nick Cannon is not hosting in the first half of the season. He tested positive for COVID-19 before the show started filming, so Niecy Nash stepped in as a guest host. Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Nicole Scherzinger are all back as the celebrity panelists. This season features brand-new costumes, including Seashell, Chameleon, Raccoon, Phoenix, and more. However, there will be some format changes. There will be new wildcard rounds where new masked singers will take the stage and have the chance to upset one of the contestants.
