The Chainsmokers

The Chainsmokers — The Chainsmokers, consisting of band members Alexander “Alex” Pall and Andrew “Drew” Taggart, is an American EDM group. Drew and Alex are widely known for their electronic dance music, with early hits like “Roses,” “All We Know,” and “Setting Fires.” The band has collaborated with a number of artists, including Halsey, on their popular track “Closer,” Phoebe Ryan, and Daya.

The Chainsmokers have been nominated for a total of four Grammy Awards from the Recording Academy. In 2016, the pair won the Grammy for Best Dance Recording with Daya on the track “Don’t Let Me Down.” That same year, they were nominated for Best New Artist.
