Happy birthday Taylor Swift! Celebrate the star turning 35 by taking a look at photos of her through the years, here.

A fearless evolution! Taylor Swift’s style has always been inspired by her music, maturing through the years. From country songs with dresses and cowboy boots to oxford-style shirts and shorts to 1980s-inspired colorful pieces to snakeskin and a lot of pastels, this talented lady sure knows how to take on many images!

Although she’s remained the same impressive songwriter over the years, she continues to reinvent herself to keep things fresh and new and leave her fans with a fun start at the beginning of all her album eras. Take a look at Taylor through the years.

Taylor poses after being nominated for a Grammy in 2008. She wore a black dress and lots of bracelets. Taylor was on the brink of releasing her hit sophomore album ‘Fearless’. Her first album resulted in a Best New Artist nomination but Amy Winehouse won the 2006 trophy.

‘Fearless’ would go on to be a Grammy favorite. It was named Album of the Year and Best Country Album while the track “White Horse” was named Best Country Song and Best Female Country Vocal Performance. Swift was the youngest artist to win Album of the Year.

During her acceptance speech, she said, “If there’s one thing I’ve learned, you have to look around you every day and take note of the people who have always believed in you. There is no career path that comes free of negativity. If you’re met with resistance, that probably means that you’re doing something new. If you’re experiencing turbulence or pressure, that probably means you’re rising.”

“And there might be times when you put your whole heart and soul into and it is met with cynicism or skepticism,” she continued. “You cannot let that crush you. You have to let it fuel you because we live in a world where anyone has the right to say anything about you at any time, but just please remember that you have the right to prove them wrong.”
