                                                                                                          ‘Severance’ is the workplace thriller that fans can’t get enough of! Now, the second season is set to stream starting Friday, January 17, 2025 on AppleTV+. Ahead of the season 2 premiere, showrunner Dan Erickson teased consequences and “pain” for the cast of characters following their daring whistleblowing attempt at the end of season 1. “We had a victory at the end of Season 1 for the innies, but at Lumon, there is no victory without pain,” Erickson told Decider in an interview published January 2. “So get ready for some pain.”

                                                                                                          Directed by Ben Stiller and Irish filmmaker Aoife McArdle, it features an impressive cast, too.                                                                                                           Brunette beauty Britt Lower is Helly Riggs, a newcomer to Lumon who has been recently severed. “She’s the most defiant, brave, unapologetically honest person I’ve ever countered on a page,” Lower told Elle of her character in April 2022.
