‘Schooled’

‘Schooled’ — AJ Michalka stars as Lainey Lewis. ‘The Goldbergs’ spinoff airs Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. on ABC. Lainey is all grown up and working at William Penn Academy. The series also stars Tim Meadows as Principal Glascott, Bryan Callen as Coach Mellor, and Brett Dier as CB. In season 2, Lainey will be directing ‘The Lion King’ musical after her successful ‘Rent’ run last season. The show will also have a Thanksgiving-themed episode, which will air on Nov. 20. Since the show is set in the ’90s, ‘Schooled’ will be embracing so many ’90s era things this season. There’s never a dull moment on ‘Schooled,’ that’s for sure. You can always count on ‘Schooled’ for your dose of nostalgia. Notable guest stars have included Hayley Orrantia as Erica Goldberg, Sean Marquette as Johnny Atkins, Troy Gentile as Barry Goldberg, and so many more.
