Patrick Dempsey & Jillian Fink — Their Love Story In Pics — The world truly fell in love with Patrick Dempsey during 11 seasons on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ as McDreamy himself, aka Dr. Derek Shepherd. However, only one woman has truly had his heart for over 20 years and that’s his wife, Jillian Fink.

The TV star and celebrity makeup artist married in July 1999, after his divorce from Rochelle Parker in 1994, in a farmhouse in Maine. It was shortly after that they started a family, Patrick landed his McDreamy role — and things started to get rocky.

Yes, their Hollywood romance has had its highs and lows, but they’ve managed to last the test of time, still being married today. And here they are, in January 2006, one year after Grey’s Anatomy premiered, enjoying the success of the show at the 12th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards. Patrick & Jill At The ‘Valentine’s Day’ Film Premiere In LA — In February 2010, Patrick Dempsey brought his beautiful wife Jill to the premiere of his rom-com, ‘Valentine’s Day’. The film also starred Julia Roberts, one of Jill’s clients as a makeup artist. The storyline would eventually hit a bit close to home for the pair. Patrick played a cheating husband, and 5 years later, Patrick himself was accused of having an affair that led to Jill filing for divorce, though she or he never confirmed as much. At the time, they simply said via a joint statement: “It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage. Our primary concern remains the wellbeing of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family’s privacy at this very sensitive time.”
