It is crazy to see how much her style has evolved since her very first Met Gala in 2013 when she wore this Tommy Hilfiger gown (left), to her most recent gala look in 2019 when she looked like a ballerina in this Prabal Gurung dress (right). When it comes to Nicki, the rapper is not afraid to take risks and she always plays around with styles, patterns, and trends, which is what we love about her. Nicki Minaj At The 2013 Met Gala — Nicki Minaj attended the Met Gala on May 6, 2013, celebrating ‘Punk: Chaos To Couture’ when she wore this classy Tommy Hilfiger gown. The navy blue sleeveless gown featured a tight satin bodice with cutouts on her tiny waist. The rest of the dress flowed out into a satin skirt that hugged her frame. She topped her look off with a gold choker necklace, a bold red lip, and voluminous curls.

The theme was ‘Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology,’ and she embodied it perfectly in this sexy black Moschino get-up. The bodice had a plunging neckline that was covered in thick black bedazzled straps while the skirt was completely sheer, revealing a tight nude mini dress underneath. Across the entire front of the dress were black sequin straps and she topped her look off with matching sheer gloves.

The outfit featured a skintight black bodysuit with a V-neckline and a gorgeous long black and red embroidered cape that flowed behind her. Sky-high platform heels completed her look.

The theme was ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination,’ and she looked gorgeous in the sleeveless red sequin dress that had a plunging V-neckline. The front of the skirt had a hip-high slit while a long cape was draped over her arms and flowed in the back.

She wore this pink ensemble by Prabal Gurung featuring a plunging neckline and a skintight corset bodice. The mini skirt of the dress was poofy and featured gorgeous silver beading while the back of the dress had a massively long train that flowed behind her. She topped her look off with pink hair and pink lace-up heels.
