‘Never Have I Ever’ — The Netflix show ‘Never Have I Ever’ is back for season 4 on June 8, 2023. The series is a coming-of-age comedy about the complicated life of a modern-day first-generation Indian American teenage girl. The series stars newcomer Maitreyi Ramakrishnan as Devi, an overachieving high school sophomore who has a short fuse that gets her into difficult situations. She’s also coping with the sudden death of her father. ‘Never Have I Ever’ also stars Darren Barnet, Poorna Jagannathan, Richa Moorjani, Jaren Lewison, and John McEnroe. The show became an instant hit, with fans torn between whether or not they’re Team Ben or Team Paxton. ‘Never Have I Ever’ is partly inspired by Mindy Kaling’s own childhood. Kaling is a co-creator and executive producer. This is Maitreyi’s first major leading role. She is just 18 years old and a star on the rise.
