Mary Wilson was a singing legend and trailblazer. She rose to fame as a founding member of The Supremes. The group, which also notably included Diana Ross, became a sensation in the 1960s. The group released a number of hit singles, including ‘Baby Love,’ ‘Stop! In The Name Of Love,’ and more. Mary stayed as a member of The Supremes after the departures of both Florence Ballard and Diana Ross. The group was disbanded after Mary decided to leave in 1977. Over the years, Mary had a successful career performing in Las Vegas. She was one of the celebrity contestants of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ season 28 in 2019. Sadly, Mary passed away on Feb. 8 at her home in Nevada. She was 76 years old. Her publicist, Jay Schwartz, said in his initial statement that Mary ‘passed away suddenly’ and did not release a cause of death. See more photos of Mary through the years in our gallery.
