Peter Hermann and Mariska Hargitay met on the set of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2002 and the pair got married in 2004. The couple welcomed their son August Miklos Friedrich two years later and then adopted their daughter Amaya Josephine and son Andrew Nicolas in 2011. For over 20 years, the couple has remained strong and have been raising their three children together. Although they rarely bring their kids out to public events, the family of five enjoy living their lives out of the spotlight.
