Mario Lopez At HollywoodLife’s Studio — Mario Lopez stopped by HollywoodLife’s office in New York City to discuss his original claim to fame, ‘Saved by the Bell,’ his new family YouTube channel and the entertainment host’s partnership with the Undeniably Dairy campaign in Nov. 2018! First and foremost, we had to know if we’d live to see the day Mario reprises his role as heartthrob A.C. Slater in a reboot. “I’ve got a lot on my plate, but I’d never be opposed to something if it was smart and cool, you know?” Mario admitted, adding, “Obviously, we can’t go back to high school, right? We’re too old for that, so if my kids were older, then it’d be kind of fun.”

That’s right, we’re not in the ’90s anymore. Mario is now a father of three to sons Dominic and Santino and daughter Gia, whom we welcomed with his wife Courtney Lopez. He also famously made his segue from sitcom stardom to entertainment journalism, and has been the longtime host of ‘Extra’ since 2007.
