Lil Yachty — Miles Parks McCollum, who is known under his rapper stage name of Lil Yachty, was born on August 23, 1997, which makes him currently 21 years old. Lil Yachty was born in Mableton, Georgia. His first studio album, “Teenage Emotions,” was released in May 2017. He released two albums in 2018, “Lil Boat 2” and “Nuthin’ 2 Prove.” The young rapper was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2017 for his song “Broccoli.” Ironically, Lil Yachty once claimed that he has never eaten a fruit or vegetable, despite his healthy-food song name. The rapper has began writing for other artists, with him recently coming forward that he wrote the majority of City Girls’ “Act Up.” About writing for the two women, he said, “I know them personally and I know what women like to hear,” he said. Lil Yachty continued, “I was like, ‘What’s some raunchy sh*t?'” He said, “And I started saying just crazy sh*t. But I came out and I was like, ‘Y’all watch, this is about to blow up.'”
