The 2022 Kennedy Center Honors took place on Dec. 4, 2022 in Washington D.C. The annual event honors those in the performing arts who have had a profound effect on American culture. The recipients of the honors in 2022 were George Clooney, Amy Grant, Gladys Knight, Tania Leon and U2.

Julia Roberts, who starred in ‘Ticket to Paradise’ with George in 2022, attended the event to honor her friend. She went all-out to celebrate George, wearing a Moschino dress that was covered in photos of him. The dress featured images of George from throughout his illustrious career, and Julia proudly rocked it as she walked the red carpet.
