Kaley Cuoco is an American actress who is best known for her role as Penny on the CBS sitcom, ‘The Big Bang Theory’. The actress grew up in California and was an amateur tennis player from childhood until the age of 16. She started her entertainment career in 1992 and her first feature film was ‘Virtuosity’ in 1995. She went on to appear in several other films and television series, including ‘8 Simple Rules’ from 2002 to 2005, ‘The Hollow’ in 2004, and ‘Bratz’ from 2004 to 2005. She started her role on ‘The Big Bang Theory’ when it first premiered in 2007 and has stayed with the popular series until its series finale in 2019. Kaley has won several awards for her role in ‘The Big Bang Theory’, including a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2013 and two People’s Choice Awards for Favorite TV Comedy Actress in 2014 and 2015.
In addition to acting, she very much enjoys horses and horseback riding, which is how she met her equestrian husband Karl Cook. The very first time he asked her out was at a Valentine’s Day horse show, in which he brought her a bottle of champagne and asked her to dinner. (AW!)
