John Cena and Nikki Bella are both professional wrestlers, and their friendship became romantic in 2012, after John filed for divorce from his first wife. Throughout the relationship, John insisted that he never wanted to get married again OR have kids. Even though these were things Nikki wanted in life, she was willing to sacrifice them for John. Eventually, he changed his mind about marriage, and proposed to Nikki in a super public way at Wrestlemania in April 2017.
