Jenna Dewan is most known for starring alongside Channing Tatum in the 2006 dance film ‘Step Up.’ Before dancing on the big screen, however, the brunette beauty actually danced right behind Janet Jackson! As Janet’s backup dancer, you can spot Jenna in the star’s music videos for ‘Doesn’t Really Matter’ and ‘All for You,’ in addition to the ‘All for You Tour’ in 2001.

Jenna’s first acting credit is for the role of ‘Bianca Salsa Girl’ in the 2002 comedy, ‘The Hot Chick.’ She sashayed into dance films with her leading roles in ‘Step Up’ and ‘Take the Lead’ (both premiered in 2006). She has continued her acting career since then, with roles in films like ‘American Virgin,’ ’10 Years,’ and ‘The Jerk Theory.’ She has also landed many roles in television series like ‘The Playboy Club,’ ‘American Horror Story,’ ‘Supergirl’ and ‘The Resident.’

Jenna married her ‘Step Up’ co-star, Channing, in 2009. They welcomed daughter Everly Tatum in 2013. The parents split in 2018, and Jenna filed for divorce in October of that year. Jenna is currently engaged to Steve Kazee and they have a son, Callum, with another child on the way.
