Her mother and Jim’s ex-wife, Melissa Womer, welcomed her into the world on September 6, 1987. The comedian’s daughter followed his footsteps in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. However, instead of comedy, Jane went for singing. She is the lead singer of a band called The Jane Carrey Band. They recorded their self-titled album in 2009. In an attempt to boost her career, Jane appeared on ‘American Idol’ in 2012. She received a golden ticket and made it to Hollywood but was unfortunately eliminated during Hollywood week. Thankfully, her dad was there to support her after her devastating elimination.

The musician got married to Blood Money frontman Alex Santana in 2009. In 2010, they welcomed their little boy Jackson into the world, making Jim Carrey a grandpa.
