Honey Boo Boo has grown up right before our eyes! On her 16th birthday, we’re looking back at photos of how she’s transformed from a youngster to teen over her years in the spotlight.

Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is a former child pageant star turned reality star. She got her start in the spotlight when she was just five years old and she starred on TLC’s show, ‘Toddlers and Tiaras.’ Fans fell in love with and were fascinated by by with Honey Boo Boo and her family, so they eventually got their own spin-off show, ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.’ However, the show was canceled in 2014 amidst controversies with Alana’s mom, June Shannon.

Honey Boo Boo and her family members starred in various other reality shows over the years, but faced a lot of ups and downs during their time in the spotlight. Amidst June’s issues with drug addiction and the law, Honey Boo Boo began living with one of her sisters. In 2021, she turned 16 years old, and has definitely transformed from the little girl who was first on reality television.
