Former boxer Laila Ali is hosting the Daytime Emmy-winning DIY show again and delighting families by transforming their homes with her team. In an exclusive interview with HollywoodLife, Laila revealed that the ‘Home Made Simple’ designers are on ‘pins and needles’ before the big reveal, waiting to see how the families will react to their handwork. ‘Once we leave they have to live there,’ the author and inspirational speaker said about making sure that the families like what they’ve done. ‘I think that every time I’m just as surprised at what some of the reactions are.’ Laila also teased that Season 9 will be ‘exciting’ and will feature ‘really cool projects.’ ‘It’s going to be another great season,’ she said.
