Season 4 of the OWN hit series ‘Greenleaf’ is full of drama and cliffhangers galore. The latest chapter in the life of the Memphis church family focuses on Grace ‘Gigi’ Greenleaf and her parents and siblings’ bid to regain control of Calvary Fellowship World Ministries. Bishop James (played by Keith David) and his now ex-wife Lady Mae (Lynn Whitfield) lost control of the church at the end of Season 3. Now they’re beloved Calvary is under the umbrella of Harmony and Hope, which is run by the crafty Bob Whitmore (Beau Bridges).

Getting the family business back rests on Gigi’s shoulders. But Grace (played by Merle Dandridge) could be the death of their plans thanks to a secret that she’s kept hidden from everyone for most of her life – she had a baby boy, out of wedlock, whom she gave up for adoption. Her son, AJ (Jacob Gibson) is now a full-grown man, an ex-con who resents his mom and seems to hold the Greenleaf family’s success (or failure) in the palm of his hand.
