Gerry Turner — America, meet your Golden Bachelor! Gerry Turner is the star of the new spinoff series ‘The Golden Bachelor’ that features senior citizens looking for love. Gerry is 71 years old and lives in Indiana. He is a retired restauranteur who loves pickle ball. He has two daughters and two granddaughters. He was married to his high school sweeheart Toni for 43 years, until she suddenly fell ill and passed away in 2017.

Gerry was announced as The Golden Bachelor on July 17. He said “it’s still sinking in” that he’s starring in the show. Gerry will search for love amongst a group of 25 older women. The series will premiere in fall 2023 and will air on Mondays after ‘DWTS.’ Everyone is ready to see a love story unlike any other play out on TV.
