Dr. Lee is based in Upland, California. In addition to her TV show, Dr. Lee also released her own line of skincare products called SLMD Skincare Products. As of March 2022, Dr. Lee has over 7.4 million subscribers to her YouTube channel. Her videos have millions and millions of views.

She has won Female Star of The Year for three years in a row at the Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards, starting in 2019. She also won the Reality Royalty award in 2021.
