For their first date he took her to his ex-mother-in-law’s wedding, where he was able to introduce Brittany to his three sons Gavin, 16, Christian, 13, and Colin, 13, as well as his ex-wife Adrienne Malouf. Paul, 47, publicly professed his love to Brittany, 28, while on a trip to Dubai in January of 2019, posting an Instagram pic of the couple together with the caption “A very special happy birthday to my best friend and the love of my life! ❤️❤️May we spend another 100 together! 🍾🍾I love you @brittanypattakos.” The ‘Botched’ star proposed to the medical assistant on June 1 during a boat ride through Newport Harbor, as he hung a banner from a bridge that read ‘Brittany will you marry me’ next to a photo of himself and of course she said yes!
