It’s time to get in the holiday spirit! The 2022 ‘Christmas In Rockefeller Center’ special helped kick off the holidays with the epic tree lighting, festive performances, and more.

‘Christmas In Rockefeller Center’ 2022 Special — The 2022 holiday season is officially underway. NBC’s annual ‘Christmas In Rockefeller Center’ special aired November 30. The network celebrated kicking off the holiday season by lighting one of the world’s most famous Christmas trees in the heart of New York City.

During the special, viewers were treated to festive performances by Jimmie Allen, Andrea Bocelli along with Matteo Bocelli and Virginia Bocelli, David Foster and Katharine McPhee, Brett Eldredge, Mickey Guyton, Alicia Keys, The Muppets of Sesame Street, Dan + Shay, Blake Shelton, The Shindellas, Gwen Stefani, Louis York and more. Blake and Gwen also teamed up for a performance of their holiday single ‘You Make It Feel Like Christmas.’

The evening also included a performance by the Radio City Rockettes from their iconic ‘Christmas Spectacular’ and a special bit by Amy Poehler and Maya Rudolph. ‘TODAY’ co-anchors Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, Craig Melvin, and ‘Access Hollywood’ host Mario Lopez hosted the highly anticipated holiday special.
