Bobby Bones is an American on-air radio personality, best known for hosting the nationally syndicated ‘The Bobby Bones Show’ and as the winner of season 27 of ‘Dancing With The Stars.’ Bones won the season as the underdog with his partner Sharna Burgess. He also serves as the in-house mentor on ‘American Idol’ and fills in for Ryan Seacrest when he’s sick or away. Bones currently lives in Nashville where he hosts his show, interviewing some of the biggest stars, especially in country music. He stars in the new National Geographic series ‘Breaking Bobby Bones,’ which premieres May 31, 2021. Bobby travels around the country and tries out new jobs, hobbies, activities, and more. He tackles everything from commercial diving to stunt work to hanging about the Grand Canyon to clean windows. Along the way, he meets everyday local heroes and learns their stories.
