Biz Markie: Photos Of Rapper Through The Years — Biz Markie (born Marcel Theo Hall) has been called the ‘Clown Prince of Hip Hop.’ His music is beloved and has been featured in a number of TV shows and movies. Biz started his musical career in the 1980s with his debut album ‘Goin’ Off.’ His second album, ‘The Biz Never Sleeps,’ featured his most well-known song and biggest hit ‘Just A Friend.’

Despite legal troubles in the 1990s, Biz has been very successful in the music industry. Outside of his own albums, he’s performed with other major artists like The Beastie Boys, Will Smith, and Kesha, who he sang with on The Flaming Lips song ‘2012.’

Besides music, Biz has appeared on numerous TV shows. He’s had guest roles on series like ‘Spongebob Squarepants’, ‘Empire’ and ‘Yo Gabba Gabba.’ He also began hosting a radio show on SiriusXM in February 2020.
