Betty White would have been 102 if she was still around today. See the comedic icon’s best photos from over the years right here.
Betty White is a very-missed TV and movie icon. The funny lady had the last laugh when she died on December 31, 2021, at age 99, just under three weeks shy of her 100th birthday.
Betty was a true Hollywood veteran. She began working in the entertainment industry as a child and made her earliest TV appearances in 1945 in the short Time To Kill. She continued with a number of different roles throughout the 50s and 60s, but one of her biggest breaks came as Sue Ann Nivens in The Mary Tyler Moore Show. After that success, she went on to The Betty White Show in 1977.
From there, Betty only kept getting funnier. Her next hit was with The Golden Girls (1985-1992,) where she played Rose Nyland. She’d return to TV in 2010 for the show Hot in Cleveland (2010–2015.) Over the course of her life, Betty was bestowed five Primetime Emmy Awards, two Daytime Emmy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild Awards, and a Grammy Award.
Betty is so missed by fans, friends, and colleagues. For more photos of the Hollywood icon, scroll through our gallery here.
