AnnaLynne McCord is beloved by her fans for starring in hit TV shows like ‘Nip/Tuck’, ‘Dallas’ and, of course, The CW revival of ‘90210.’ But the actress is also well-known for her activism and her fight to end human trafficking. The Georgia-native spearheads the Together1Heart charity, which aims to ‘secure the rights of young women and girls who are victims, or at risk of being victims, of slavery,’ their mission statement says. The work is close to AnnaLynne’s heart. The actress has admitted that she was the victim of sex abuse and rape.

In 2019 AnnaLynne appeared in ‘The Medicine’ – a documentary that featured her journey from skeptic to devotee of Ayahuasca (a tea and meditative process that has been practiced by indigenous people in the Amazon basin for thousands of years.) ‘I’m so thankful to be alive. I think life is beautiful now,’ she told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY about the experience, adding, ‘I just feel light now.’
