She burst on the music scene in 2008 with her debut album 19, her age at the time. It ended up going triple platinum in the U.S. and eight times platinum in her native UK. She went on to win the Grammy as Best New Artist at the 2009 awards. She continued age naming her albums with 21 in 2011, which would yield the smash hits ‘Rolling in the Deep’ and ‘Someone Like You.’ It was the best selling album worldwide in 2011-12 with 31 million copies sold. It won six Grammys including Album of the Year. Adele won an Oscar in 2012 for writing and performing the song ‘Skyfall,’ the theme from the James Bond film. She took a long hiatus and had son Angelo with future (and now ex) husband Simon Konecki. In Nov. of 2015 she released 25, which featured the smash ballad ‘Hello.’ She would go on to win her second Album of the Year Grammy and have a massive sold out world tour. She and Simon married in 2018 and separated later that year, although they did not publicize the news until the next spring. Adele filed for divorce in Sept. of 2019.

As of 2021, Adele is dating Rich Paul, and she will release her next studio album, ’30,’ on Nov. 19. Keep clicking through the gallery for more photos of the star.
