The 1990s turned out to be a very good time to become a young Hollywood heartthrob. Because so many of those good-looking guys ended up growing up into really hunky adults. Some like Leonardo DiCaprio and Jared Leto were known for their boyish and handsome looks, only to later take on dramatic film roles that would focus on their talent instead of their gorgeous appearances. But for Jared, despite seeking sexy on-screen parts, he is a hottie rock star in real life as the lead singer of the alt-rock band 30 Seconds to Mars. Leo’s good looks have continued to still shine through in every role he plays.

Some ’90s TV stars like Will Smith went on to conquer Hollywood, as he went from starring on NBC’s ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel Air’ from 1990-1996 to becoming one of Tinseltown’s most bankable movie actors. While it’s no doubt in part because of his comedic and dramatic chops, it also helps that it looks like he hasn’t aged. As he heads into his early 50’s, Will is still so darn youthful looking.

Even the young male stars of the CW’s 1998 teen drama ‘Dawson’s Creek’ have maintained their youthful and handsome good looks.
