1 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons to rim glasses
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Juice from 2 lemons (about 1/4 cup), plus juice and zest of 1 lemon to rim glasses
1 jalapeño, stemmed, deseed and halved lengthwise
6 inches fresh ginger, peeled then juiced or grated and squeezed through cheesecloth
8 ounces tequila (such as Casamigos) or skip entirely as a mocktail swap
24 ounces Vita Coco Lemon Ginger sparkling coconut water
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds for garnish

8 ounces Vita Coco Pressed Coconut Water
4 ounces organic coconut cream
2 cups frozen pineapple
1/4 cup honey
8 ounces white rum (such as Bacardi)
2-3 cups of ice to blend to desired slushy consistency
Bourbon cherries for garnish (optional)

Raspberry Spritzer Cooler — 8 oz Stella Artois Spritzer
.5 oz lime juice
⅛ cup raspberries (about 6)
2 cilantro sprigs
1 tsp honey
Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, add raspberries, lime juice, cilantro, honey, and 2 oz Stella Artois Spritzer
Shake over ice until chilled
Pour the entire contents into glass
Top with the remaining 6 oz of Stella Artois Spritzer
Garnish with a raspberry

B&V POM CHERRY ROSEMARY MIMOSA — 1 can Black Cherry Rosemary BON & VIV Spiked Seltzer
1 oz gin*
2 oz pomegranate juice
Slice of lemon
(pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprig for garnish)
*gin can be swapped with vodka based on preference

Directions

Take the sliced lemon and rim a champagne flute, then squeeze the juice of the lemon in the glass and discard.
Add the gin and pomegranate, then fill remaining glass with Black Cherry Rosemary BON & VIV Spiked Seltzer.
Garnish pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprig.

B&V Spiked Seltzer Clementine Hibiscus Paloma — 1 can BON & VIV Spiked Seltzer Clementine Hibiscus
1 oz tequila
½ oz lime juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz hibiscus iced tea
½ oz agave nectar
(clementine peel, lime and salt for garnish)

Directions

Using a slice of lime to help the salt adhere, salt half the rim of a large stemless wine glass.
Place tequila, grapefruit juice, hibiscus tea, lime juice, and agave in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, and strain over a large ice cube in the salt-rimmed glass.
Fill remaining glass with Clementine Hibiscus BON & VIV Spiked Seltzer, and garnish with a twisted Clementine peel.

B&V SPIKED SUMMER PEAR DEW — 1 can BON & VIV Spiked Seltzer Pear Elderflower
1 oz Pear Brandy
1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
8 Mint Leaves
(Mint, Chamomile Blossoms for garnish)

Directions

Combine the pear brandy, lemon juice and elderflower liqueur into a glass.
Add the 8 mint leaves and muddle in the liquid until blended.
Transfer contents to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, and loose strain over a large ice cubes in a collins glass. (Some visible mint speckles are okay)
Top off the remaining glass with BON & VIV Spiked Seltzer, and garnish with a generous bouquet of fresh mint and chamomile blossoms.
