Just because it’s the dead of winter, doesn’t mean that our fave celebrities aren’t still being totally extra. Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Jessica Simpson, and more famous celebrities love a good opportunity to get away from Los Angeles, ditch the perpetual-summer uniforms, and show off their impeccable winter style. Whether it’s oversized puffer coats, thousand-dollar parkas, or skintight, heated leggings, they look phenomenal on the slopes.
Bella Hadid, 24, donned winter white for her trip to Aspen, Colorado with friends on January 3. The supermodel rang in the new year by hitting the slopes in a fabulous outfit for a day of skiing, rocking white ski pants with black accents and a “Wassup” raglan tee layered over a turtleneck — very 2000s. Bella kept warm with a huge black puffer coat and an orange beanie, and completed her look with mirrored goggles.
Joe and Sophie wore the cutest couple’s outfits for their romantic winter getaway in California’s snowy town of Mammoth Lakes on Dec. 20. The husband and wife duo rocked snow jumpers with stylish long-sleeve tops underneath: Joe in a zip-down navy sweater and graphic print shirt, and Sophie in a geometric print turtleneck. They even rocked matching black and white print face masks! The new parents appeared to have left their baby girl Willa, whom they welcomed in July, at home or in the hotel to enjoy alone time while strolling around the ski town.
Demi Moore was another celebrity who spent time in the snow with loved ones. The star of Ghost enjoyed a “family snow day” while keeping extra cozy in a long black down coat, grey scarf and blue and green beanie, and shared a group photo of the snowy escapade with her family members and their dogs on Dec. 21.
Kim oozed sophistication during a 2019 trip to Aspen with her sisters. She rocked not one, but two cute snow suits while skiing with Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner. The first, the all-black ensemble seen above, was a bit more traditional in terms of ski wear: a puffer jacket, cozy pants, and a turtleneck sweater. She accessorized with oversized shades. For the second day, she changed into a hot pink version of the outfit!
Kylie has been slaying on the slopes this winter. The billionaire makeup mogul doesn’t even pause when dropping thousands of dollars on her snow wear. She recently rocked a leopard print gloved bodysuit from Moncler’s Richard Quinn collaboration during a trip with her friends to Lake Tahoe. The skintight bodysuit showed off every one of her impressive curves! She paired the look with a warm, hooded parka in the same print, which retails for — get this — $2,041. No, really!
