Travis Tritt (born James Travis Tritt on February 9, 1963 in Marietta, Georgia) is an American country music singer. He was signed to Warner Bros. in 1989 and released seven albums and a greatest hits package between ’89 and ’99. Seven of the eight albums are certified platinum. Since 2000, he’s released 5 more albums. Travis has won two Grammy Awards, four CMAs and has been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 1992. He has most recently made headlines since speaking out against Beyonce‘s performance at the 50th CMA Awards in November 2016.

Travis Tritt is best known for his multiple country albums and top-charting hits, such as “Help Me Hold On,” “Anymore” and “Can I Trust You With My Heart.”
Personal Life:
Travis Tritt married his high school sweetheart in September 1982, but the two divorced after two years together. At 21, he married a 33-year-old woman named Jodi Barnett, but divorced her just after signing his Warner Bros. contract. Travis married his current wife, Theresa Nelson, on April 12, 1997. They have two sons, Tristan James and Tarian Nathaniel, and one daughter, Tyler Reese.
