Stevie Nicks (born Stephanie Lynn Nicks in Phoenix, Arizona on May 26, 1948) is an American singer and songwriter for Fleetwood Mac and her own solo career.
Best Known For:
Stevie Nicks is best known for her legendary career with the Grammy award-winning band Fleetwood Mac. She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998 and was named the “The Reigning Queen of Rock and Roll” by Rolling Stone. She joined Fleetwood Mac in 1974 and was nominated for nine Grammy awards with the band, and won one. She has been nominated eight times as a solo artist. She has also appeared as an actress on American Horror Story.
Personal Life:
Stevie Nicks married Kim Anderson, the widower of her friend Robin Anderson, but quickly divorced. She has no children, and went to rehab twice for cocaine and prescription medication addictions.
