Bio:
Steve Jobs (born Steven Paul Jobs on February 24, 1955 in San Francisco, California) was an American entrepreneur, marketer and inventor. While attending High School in Cupertino, California, Steve met and became friends with Steve Wozniak , a computer and electronics whiz. Their partnership would ultimately lead Steve to get a job working for Atari, before Steve left to form the Apple Computer Company with Steve in 1976. From there, the computer company experienced incredible success during the mid-1980s. After a falling-out with Apple in 1985, Steve left to form NeXT computers in the 1990’s. Using the profits from that venture, Steve invested in a purchase he made in the 80’s, The Graphics Group, which would be renamed Pixar. With the success of Toy Story in 1995, Steve once again found himself with wealth and fame. After Apple bought NeXT in 1996, Steve rejoined the company he founded. He went on to lead it to its greatest success with the introduction of the iPod, the iPad and the iPhone. Sadly, Steve was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2003. Despite medical efforts to combat the disease, Steve died in his Palo Alto home on October 5, 2011.
