Bio:
Rob Dyrdek (born Robert Stanley Dyrdek on June 28, 1974 in Kettering, Ohio) is an American professional skateboarder, actor, entrepreneur and reality television star. Rob was active in sports as a child and began skateboarding at the age of eleven. At age twelve, Rob acquired his first sponsorship, launching his professional skateboarding career. A year later, when he was only 13, Rob and his mentor, Neil Blender, quit their board sponsorship to start the skateboarding company, Alien Workshop. At age 16, Rob dropped out of school, relocating to Southern California to pursue skating. Rob continued to find success as a skateboarder, gaining sponsorships from DC Shoes, Silver Trucks and Monster Energy. In 2006, Rob appeared in his first reality-television series, Rob & Big, alongside his best friend and bodyguard, Christopher “Big Black” Boykin. After Big left the show in 2008, Rob created Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory. Rob’s third show, Ridiculousness, was started in 2011. Rob has also appeared in movies Jackass 3.5 and Waiting for Lighting.

Personal Life:
Rob has set twenty-one Guinness World Records for skateboarding, including the largest skateboard, which was set on an episode of Fantasy Factory. Rob has also started the Rob Dyrdek foundation, aimed at building legal skate parts for skateboarders in their communities. In April 2015, Rob proposed to his girlfriend, Briyana Flores, in an elaborate, Aladdin-themed proposal.
