Michael Cudlitz

Bio:
Michael Cudlitz (born in Long Island, New York on December 29, 1964) is an American actor. Michael graduated from the California Institute of Arts in 1990, and while he was in school — before landing a role in Band of Brothers — Michael worked on various TV shows in their art departments. For example, he was a construction coordinator on Beverly Hills, 90210. His first acting role however, was in the 1989 film Crystal Ball where he played Scottie. Other projects of his include: playing Tony Miller on Beverly Hills, 90210, Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and the second seasons of 24, Lost, Standoff, and Prison Break. A breakout role for Michael was his portrayal of Sgt. Denver “Bull” Randleman in the World War II miniseries, Band of Brothers. Another project Michael is widely known for is starring in the critically acclaimed, seven-episode NBC drama, Southland, as patrol officer John Cooper. The show was later picked up by TNT, brining it back for a total of five seasons. Although the show was cancelled in 2013, Michael won the Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role that same year. Since February 2014, he has appeared in the AMC TV show The Walking Dead as Sergeant Abraham Ford, a character from the comic series of the same name. Michael’s first appearance was in the tenth episode of Season four. The role quickly became a fan favorite with Michael becoming a series regular.

Personal Life:
Michael Cudlitz married Rachel Cudlitz in and together they have twin sons. they met while attending the California Institute of Arts.
